This site provides information about athletic development and sports performance training programs. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to take any action that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3.Bookings & Consultations

Submitting a consultation or assessment request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. Pricing, schedules, and program details are subject to change without notice.

4.SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Batti-Performance, including appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, program updates, and occasional promotional offers.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our programs.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Participation in athletic training carries inherent risk. Before training, athletes (or their parents/guardians for minors) must complete required waivers and health screenings, and must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice; consult a physician before beginning any training program.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, program names, and training materials — is the property of Batti-Performance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it (including information about a minor athlete for whom you are the parent or legal guardian).
